When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We store these to identify your account. If you subscribe, we store your billing relationship with Stripe — we never see or store your card details. We also store your marketing email preferences and whether you have opted out of non-transactional emails.
When you are signed in, we store your session including your IP address and browser or device type (user agent) for security purposes.
We collect basic usage data such as how many times your card is viewed. See “Visitor analytics” below for more detail on what is recorded when someone views your published card.
When someone views your published card, we collect analytics data on your behalf: visit timestamps, actions taken (such as link clicks, contact form submissions, phone or email taps), and technical information including browser type and approximate location derived from IP address. This data is stored and displayed to you in your dashboard. Visitors are not identified by name.
If your card includes a contact form, responses submitted by visitors are stored and accessible to you in your dashboard.
If you share or embed your card, you are responsible for ensuring your own visitors are aware of this data collection where required by applicable law.
We use your data to operate the service: showing you your cards, processing payments, and sending you transactional emails (like receipts and trial reminders). We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as described below.
We use the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for these services to function.
The content you add to your digital business cards is stored in our database. Published cards are publicly accessible via their URL. Unpublished cards are only visible to you. You can delete your cards and account at any time.
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
